Larry D. Flynn, Fee Attorney for Alamo Title Company
Since 2004 the Firm has maintained a land title closing practice as contract fee attorneys for various title companies. Larry Flynn is a licensed escrow officer and currently serves as a fee attorney for Alamo Title Company, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Title Group, one of the largest title insurance underwriters in the world. Mr. Flynn’s experience and practice in this area includes guiding sellers and buyers through complex commercial land transactions and directing the closings and settlement of such transactions. Another significant part of Mr. Flynn’s practice in this area is closing real estate loans for banks and other lenders.
Robin Romig has been the Firm’s title office manager and closer since 2004. Robin has been actively employed in the title insurance industry for over 25 years, 20 of which have been in the Southlake area. Her expertise consists in timely, efficient closings of a varied range of transactions encompassing residential, commercial [including SBA], farm & ranch, and construction.
